At Mellow, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, product launches, supplier delays, or unexpected order volume. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email if tracking is available.

Typical delivery times may range from 7–20 business days, but in some cases, delivery may take longer due to factors outside of our control.

Mellow is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Tracking Information

Tracking information may take several days to update after your order has shipped.

In some cases, tracking may not update immediately or may show limited information while the package is in transit. This does not always mean the package is lost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Mellow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mellow is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country.

Mellow is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
