At Mellow, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns if:

  • You changed your mind

  • You ordered the wrong item

  • You no longer want the product

  • The item has been used, worn, opened, or damaged after delivery

  • The item is not in its original packaging

  • The item was purchased on sale or with a discount code

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Supported with a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
